Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return or exchange request.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS to monitor your package in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for select pin codes.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic dinnerware is microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with gold or silver plating should be hand-washed and kept out of the microwave.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we primary ship within the country, but we are working on expanding our services to international destinations soon.
